Pool Opening

We are pleased to announce that both community pools – Buckingham (1201 Buckingham Drive) and Spyglass (3000 Spyglass Drive) – will officially open on Friday, May 23rd, and will be available for daily use Monday through Sunday from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM.

As a reminder, the community utilizes the phone credential app Paxton for pool access. Homeowners in good standing that have already downloaded the app and have previously requested access will not need to register again, unless the app has been deleted. Access for those in good standing can be requested via the HOA website when logged in under Homeowner > Online Forms > Pool Access.

Important:
Pool access will be temporarily deactivated for any accounts with unpaid HOA assessments. To restore access, payment arrangements must be made directly with the Billing Department. For assistance, please contact them at Billing@essexhoa.com.
